Preventing Sickness

  1. Take care of yourself. All the time. Ahead of sicknesses.
  2. Have a semi-regular schedule. Hectic schedules cannot be helpful in staying strong and healthy.
  3. Exercise.
  4. Eat Well.
  5. Do not get stressed over trivial things. Or even things that which you have no control over. Just try to make the best of your situation.
