Preventing Sickness
July 1st, 2003 yoshers- Take care of yourself. All the time. Ahead of sicknesses.
- Have a semi-regular schedule. Hectic schedules cannot be helpful in staying strong and healthy.
- Exercise.
- Eat Well.
- Do not get stressed over trivial things. Or even things that which you have no control over. Just try to make the best of your situation.
